The Home and School Association would like to invite you to attend "It's A Slam Dunk for St. Augustine" Dinner Auction on Saturday, March 17, 2012. the doors will open at 4:00 p.m., dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m., and the oral auction will begin at 6:30 p.m.
In order to speed up the check-in process, we would like to have the name address and phone number of each person buying a ticket at the time the ticket is purchased.
Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. for those wishing to wait in line to purchase tickets. No lists will be made prior to this date and time. tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis for those who stay and wait in line. Tickets will be $30 each and will be limited to adults 21 years of age and older, no exceptions in regard to age requirement. No outside food or drink will be permitted. A limit of 8 tickets may be purchased by any one individual.
If buying tickets for a group, please complete the information below for each person in your party. Bring this form with you when you come to purchase tickets. If you are purchasing tickets for a couple and only need one bid number, check "Bid number -yes", by only one name.
